Abstract
Because of a discrepancy in the literature, the enthalpy of fusion of ethylene carbonate has been redetermined. The value obtained is (35.80 ± 0.20) calₜₕ g⁻¹ which leads to (5.32 ± 0.03) K kg mol⁻¹ for the molar frezing-temperature-depression constant.
