Abstract
This book, aimed at a broad audience, starts with a useful summary of much of the literature on economic growth and then analyses a series of policies and practices encouraging or discouraging entrepreneurship, which the authors see as the key to growth. Their arguments are based on simple economic theory, the lessons of experience, and common sense.
